The candidates go crazy for chicken this week and crazy worked. Arrow got to come inside the house and Kinetic got to go on a camping trip in Trump Trailer Park. We have figured that lists don’ t make friends and that Tim evens out Frankie Suits. We also learn that there may be a little sweetness happening between the ranks — if you know what we mean. All in all it was an exciting episode of The Apprentice but that’s not the end of the entertainment…

We called down to Florida to one Jose Diaz or as we Apprentice fans know him affectionately, “Pepi”. Pepi is a successful attorney in Miami and is friends with many of his former house mates — and the stuff he knew. We discussed a bunch of stuff including how a type B deals with all of these type A’s and the Donald. WOW - we had a busy show. We were fortunate enough to be joined by both Carey Sherrell AND Andrea Lake.

It is true, the grass is greener on the other side of the “hedge”. Kinetic is still enjoying the life of luxury in the mansion while Arrow is roughing it out on the lawn.

The challenge this week is to design and manufacture men and women’s swimsuits for the Trina Turk line. Whichever team makes the most money in sales wins the tasks, enjoys life in the mansion AND has no task next week. Team Arrow, under Nicole’s management, pulls off some daring suits while Team Kinetic, under Heidi’s management, has conservative, conventional suits. In the end Carey’s “gay suit” isn’t a hit with the buyers or Trump and Team Arrow loses again.

Kinetic enjoys a night at the Play Boy Mansion and Arrow goes to the boardroom. In the end Carey gets the swimsuit but not the job. We’ll miss you Carey.

Wait - what are the topics of the week? We replaced that with a “guest of the week” segment. Roxanne Wilson, star of Apprentice 5, was our guest this week. We talk about her experiences as an Apprentice candidate, what she thinks of this season and the candidates, and what she is doing now. It was awesome!

It’s great to see that NBC is finally putting some support behind The Apprentice — particularly with the web.  Also, the NBC video seems to be pretty darn good quality — we’re pleasantly surprised.

We’re back! The Donald has been released from the “time out” NBC put him in and therefore we’re un-grounded, too.

There are new features on The Apprentice and and we’re doing new things, too. We want to welcome everyone back as well as the new batch of victims candidates. As we have since 2005, we call it as we see it on TV but if any of the Apprentice folks, past and present, wish to rebut or comment, we welcome it.

One of our new changes is we have a telephone and we’re learning how to use it. To start out, we call our buddy John Z while he was trying to get some beauty sleep and forced him to talk about this week’s show. We’ll even let the guest make his/her own predictions unless they are one of the current candidates (we’re not a spoiler site).
